内容简介:

Today, robots are increasingly expected to perform physical interaction and manipulation tasks with objects/environments such as grasping, insertion, human–robot interaction, etc. For humans, the sense of touch enables us to perform these delicate tasks successfully. To achieve similar desirable interactions for robots, the sensory apparatus that is functionally equivalent to a human's tactile ability is needed. Therefore, a tactile sensor, providing rich touch information from physical interaction, can be integrated into a robotic system which enable the robot to have the sense of touch. With the provided touch information from the tactile sensor, the robot will have the ability to understand the interacted environment/object. In this talk, an introduction to tactile sensing is given at first, and then some applications in robotic manipulation using tactile feedback are presented.

目前,越来越多的需求希望机器人能够实现与物体或环境的物理交互和操作任务,例如抓取、插孔作业、人机交互等。对于人类来说,人类触觉使我们能够成功地执行这些任务。为了使机器人能够实现类似的期望交互,需要在机器人系统中集成具备与人类触觉能力相似的感应装置。 因此,可以将触觉传感器集成到机器人系统中,这些传感器通过物理交互提供丰富的触觉信息,从而赋予机器人触觉能力。通过利用触觉传感器提供的触觉信息,机器人将能够理解与其交互的环境或物体。 在本次演讲中,将会首先介绍触觉传感相关技术,然后讲述利用触觉反馈进行机器人操作的一些应用。

 

个人简介:

LIANG Wenyu received the BEng and MEng degrees in mechanical engineering from China Agricultural University, Beijing, China, in 2008 and 2010, respectively, and the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, in 2014. He is currently a Senior Scientist with the Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore, and also an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, NUS. He has authored or co-authored over 100 publications, including are 1 book and more than 50 published journal papers. His research interests include robotics, dexterous manipulation, precision motion control, and force/tactile control.

梁文宇于2008年和2010年分别取得优越会717线路检测机械工程工学学士学位和工学硕士学位,后赴新加坡国立大学攻读博士学位并于2014年取得该学位。目前在新加坡科技研究局资讯通信研究院担任高级研究员,同时在新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系担任兼职助理教授。他至今一共发表超过100篇文章,包括1本著作和56篇期刊文章等。他现在主要从事机器人学, 灵巧操作,精密运动控制,力/触觉控制的研究工作。
